Unauthorized Debit Order
What a Mickey Mouse organization is this, MiWay? I recently signed up for comprehensive cover for my vehicle. I made it clear to the agent that I wanted my debit orders to go off on the 3rd of the month. To my surprise, a debit order went off yesterday. They stole my money nice & easy to refund me, it's now drama. They asked for my bank statement, I sent it showing when my money was ******. Now they are asking me to send a before my money was ****** & after to show that the money was indeed ******. One can't get a before & after as we can only get 1, 3, 6 months, etc... statement. Pay back my money so I can cancel this policy & save myself the trouble
