Unauthorized Debit Order

I have now ran out of patience with MiWay , and I am a very patient person. As per normal every year, my policy gets reviewed, but this year I was not happy with my access. I then phoned a different service provider to see what they can offer me and they offered me a lower premium as well as lower access. But being the loyal person I am, I phoned MiWay to advise you that I am not happy with the access as its just way too high, I advised the agent that i received a quote from a different service provided and gave the access amount that the service provided have me . The agent then decided to drop my access to the same amount , which increased my installment which I am comfortable with. The agent then advise she will have their retention department to contact me regarding the access amount on my policy. And I must say Mmapaseka tried to contact me on numerous occasion but I was not available when you phoned , not her fault. Anyway my complaint is about a "Pro rata" fee I was charge without my knowledge. On the 12 September 2018 an amount of R 98.20 was debit from my account and was returned. I then phoned MiWay to find out what unauthorized debit order this was. The agent a spoke to mentioned to me because of the policy "change" meaning my access that was lowered ( bear in mind I did not instruct the agent to do this) there is a prorata fee changed for this. The agent that lowered the access did not advise me about any prorata. Anyway i took with a pinch of salt and carried on. Then what ****ed me off is the following:

My debit order date is for the 22nd of every month. On the 19 October you tried to debit my account when there was NO money, then again you debited my account on the 20 October but lucky there WAS money. I then phoned AGAIN!!! And the agent explained that because of the prorata that was not debited a NAEDO debit order was loaded on my account , how do you like that! Anyway the agent was friendly to me and advised me she will email her supervisor to change my debit order to a normal debit order. I was then satisfied although my credit record is now affected.

THEN yesterday ( 08 November 2018) MIWAY AGAIN goes and debits my account without my authorization or my knowledge , I then instructed my Bank to reverse the debit order as I have not agreed anything with MiWay.

In the first place I did not ask your agent to lower my access she did this on her own account now I need to pay for her mistake!!!

Its soo sad that I need to do this, not long ago I received such great service from you , and on the flip side this is how you treat me???!
