Unauthorized debit order

Im just gatfol of this company l dont understand if they having system issues or what. I has a call today cancelling my insurance but l just recieved a debit on my account hence l was charged R50 for wrong debit date. Not sure if they are doing this things on purpose or what. Otherwise lm will changing my bank account no and close my account. Waisting my time. This is not on
