Unauthorized Debit Amount
I have updated my address and details and added extra items to my insurance however I got my updated policy schedule( 09 July 2021 premium R 1086.00) and month end of July when the debited my account it was more then the updated schedule and when I checked my mails on the Monday 26th July I saw that I have received an additional updated policy schedule(25th July 2021 premium R 1206.00) and the premium is more.
The amount debited on 24th July was R 1282.00
This has till not been resolved no one contacted me yet after I have sent queries through nothing was done. This is totally unacceptable changing a premium without out my knowledge or consent or then what originally agreed to.
