UNAUTHORISED ITC ENQUIRY DONE

I was called by one of the agents from miway in the week of the 26/8/2015.When he called I advised that I already have insurance he can call me a bit later as I was busy.<br> the very next day I received a notification that and enquiry on itc was done on me by MIWAY insurance.I did NOT give permission to anyone to do and enquiry on my name.<br> I called them up and left a message the first time for zubair to call me of which did not happen.<br> I then called again and managed to speak to zubair (manager) and share my issue he advised he will definitely forward my issue to the correct channel and will call me or get someone to call me with feedback.<br> its a week now and im still awaiting feedback or a call from miway.This is just so unacceptable service and I am totally disgusted,Please assist me urgently.<br> <br>
