Unauthorised deduction , 8 days later still no refund

Not very ethical company, i got quotes for new insurance, did not confirm acceptance. Planned debit order was for 1 September 2025, but can you believe they then went and did an early unauthorised deduction on the 24th of August 2025,this before pay day. Really now, who does this? Now 8 days later i am still waiting for refund,which was supposed to be done 3 days after I had to submit a bank statement indicating the debit. really now i have to wait for my money which they took in a blink and Im still in the red after 8 days because of their unauthorised and ******* deduction. wish i could give them no stars at all. who needs this kind of business etiquette? They alleged that the have a customer-centric approach that is guided by certain principles, but unfortunately i was not afforded that. pay back my money please
