Unauthorised debits

I requested cancellation last month and today I see my Acc is debitted . MiWay changes the collection amounts so that they can bypass the suspended debit order. After requesting cancellation the advisor who assisted me cut the communication. Thereafter I received an updated schedule with a premium of R800 odd but still amount of R1000 + has gone off. Worst company to deal with not even honest about their additional excesses even though I asked the sales advisor. I want my refund ASAP
