Unauthorised debit orders

<p>MiWay is doing ********* and unauthorised debit orders against my account!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>Firstly they DO NOT stick to the agreed arrangement of the 1st day of every month instead they run debit orders on the 25th and this has been taken up with them. This if BEFORE my pay date so the last bit of money that I might have for the next 4 days they take.</p> <p> </p> <p>Secondly they base their debit orders on NAEDO TRACKING which is totally ********* as I have never missed a payment. That way they just take any moeny coming into my account whether it is the agreed upon debit order date or not!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>This has to be sorted out immediately and I want a guarantee IN WRITING that this will NOT happen again!</p> <p> </p> <p>I WILL change my insurance provider should this happen again.</p>
