Unauthorised debit order
I recently took out a vehicle insurance which is scheduled to start on the 1st of January 2025. My debit order date is the 31st, but I woke up to a debit order sms from miway on the 23rd of December 2024. It would make sense if I was an existing customer but I’m a new customer, now I have a negative bank balance all thanks to miway.

24 Dec 2024, 09:27I have many regrets and wish I hadn't switched to your company. If this is how I'm treated before becoming an actual member, there will likely be many issues with MiWay. An unauthorised debit order that caused a negative bank balance and bank charges before the insurance even started is a major red flag. So y’all actually debited 7 days before the actual debit order date.
