unauthorised credit check

On the 28th of December 2015, a consultant from MIWAY Insurance called me with regard to a quotation of a car insurance. I told him to call me later as I was driving. When checking my credit report during the day, I realized that they went through my credit record without my authority, as we did not continue with the quotation.<br> <br> I'm requesting MIWAY Insurance to remove the enquiry record which was done on the 28th of December 2015 without my authority.
