Unapproved additional repairs and empty promises
I have an open claim with Miway C*** . I took the car for repairs at Renewit-Rivonia. Some repairs we not done by the Renew-it as the car started making noise after collecting it. On the 18th of September 2023, I went back to Renew-it and also spoke to Miway, Renew-it submitted a request for additional work on the 19th of September 2023. After numerous calls to Miway they still have not approved the additional work. My car is making noise when driving at speeds over 60km/h but Miway cant be bothered; yet I paid my excess in full and I never missed any premiums. On the 26th Miway gave me ***. I just want my car to be fixed.
