Unacceptable, unprofessional and disappointing

Its been a total of 4 months since i submitted a claim that happened prior to lockdown. After i submitted an incorrect date of the time the event happened. I was told i wasnt covered has it fell out of the month i paid for. As i didnt pay for 1 month in the lockdown period I then resubmitted the claim with evidence stating the actual date of the event. It was then told to me by Vuyo Veliso,i can now go for valuation. After doing so its been more than a month that i havent received feedback. During this time ive had no feedback and no communication regarding this matter. The customer service is totally unacceptable and extremely disappointing.
