Unacceptable customer service

<p>I lodged a claim on 06/04/16, till to date my claim has not been resolved. This is totally unacceptable as no one bothers to provide me with any feedback let alone keep me abreast with the progress of my claim. I need feedback or I will take my business elsewhere. My claim number is C722788.</p>
