Unable to terminate agreement

<p>Hi, my name is Lebogang</p> <p>I have been trying to terminate my insurance with MiWay for the past 2 weeks. The reason wasnt even because of the recent email but merely because I found a better one. I have sent an email to retention and have made several calls only to be put on hold.</p> <p> </p> <p>I have been promised on several times to be transfered to someone for authorisation but would wait for 15 minutes on a call without any answer. This is becoming very stressful as I know come the 25th they will take their premium as though instructions to terminate were not given.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is really in contravention of the FAIS Act as I am entitled to terminate any agreement with MiWay with immediate effect.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist, this is frustrating now.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
