Unable to repair my car

I got involved in an accident on the 25 of July logged a claim on the same day as my car got damaged, they came to collect my car at my place as it was not drivable, took it for first assessment report and I had to call to follow up told me how it costs, it was below 20k and they told me they will do another assessment after the second assessment report which ridiculously went higher for minor damages. That’s when Miway decided on their own that they are writting off my car without my knowledge, which is so unfair, it’s been 2 months now trying to solve this issue with them through ombudsman, they are really giving me a hard time by giving me 2 options which are so unreasonable and unfair to me.
