Unable to log into Miway Xpress, Unable to get hold of anyone or have anyone call me back

I've just joined Miway for Vehicle Insurance but want to cancel. TO date have had a bad experience. I have been uanble to get through to anyone via phone, I've sent numerous call back requests and numerous emails and have not had any response. I am also unable to login to Miway Xpress. I have tried to register and get a message saying that I am already registered. Then I try to do a password reset, the link gets sent to me and, I do the password reset successfully but then when I try to login again I get told that my credentials are invalid. So I am unable to get hold of anyone via the call center, I am unable to get a response via email and I am unable to login to my policy on the website. I am disgusted and disapointed at this terrible service!
