Unable to cancel policy

According to my policy I must give 30 day notice to cancel the policy at Miway. I am trying since the 24 February 2016 to cancel my policy. Wednesday according to the consultant the senior consultant was not available and he will get back to me. On Thursday I left a message at the call centre to be called back, it never happened. On Friday the 26th February I was put threw to a senior consultant, who tried to convince me not to cancel my policy. After a few minutes he said that he will give it threw to the cancellation department. I phoned on the 29th February to enquire if the policy has been cancelled, still it hasn't been done. <br> <br> The reason I want to cancel with Miway is that after 2 years no claiming, my premium is only reduce with R20 although the value of the car decrease alot. Miway also phoned me to do a house contense qoute but when they found out that I stay on a plot where other properties were rent out, I was to big of a risk but it doesn't seem to bother them to insure the vehicles kept at the same premises.
