Tyrese was helpful. There was a bit of a delay in response after quotation was approved. Also the terms of road side assistance are never explained when we take up the insurance only when we need assistance is clarity given in terms of the R4000 and everything. The whole thing is an inconvenience. Transparency would go a long way before contracts are taken up
