Tyre insurance

I have been running after Miway for two weeks now to get a refund on the money I paid for a tyre. They sent me an email saying Atlarelang will be my contact person but his office phone is always on voice message he also does not read his email. I had to call two to three time for my claim to move from one step to the other. I feel like beggar. Why am I paying for insurance if I have to beg when I had an eccident accident.
