Tyre claim teams
I’m not happy with how my claim is being handled, they are friendly but they are really not helpful at all. I made a claim last week Tuesday for tyres, I hit a pothole and my tyres were damaged, I made a claim for 1 tyre and it is taking forever for them to help me, and they put me on hold by saying I will get a feedback, currently they know me and they decided not to respond to my emails anymore, I’ve been understanding but I need this car to use it to go to work so I can pay the insurance, they are really inconveniencing me at the moment. I’m not happy with people who are handling my claim 😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩😩
