Tyre Claim taking forever!!!

I submitted a tyre claim on Monday, 16 October and to date ( Monday, 23 October) I am still waiting for the claim outcome. I have asked for the claim to be taken for review as the assessor said the damage to my tyre is worth R1900 which is way less than the cost to repair the tyre. I need a new tyre and I am not sure what this assessment is based on. Now, my car uses run flats and that means I have no spare tyre so while waiting for this claim to be sorted out I am left stranded with no car. I have emphasized this a couple of time and now I am actually annoyed!!
