****ty service, False information & high premiums!

I've been a loyal Miway customer for 14 years. I was recently led to believe that getting the little thatch umbrella on my property treated for fire protection would reduce my premium on the new property I've bought. Paid R2800 to get that done, and it didn't make a cents worth of difference to my premium. Miway's increases lately has been ridiculously high. One also has to beg for days on end for a call back! Not only did this now cost me R2800 for nothing, my whole premium has gone up to such an extent that its ridiculous! I used to recommend Miway to everyone, I will now start doing the opposite.
