Two years waiting for excess to be paid.Why Miway?

Miway path to insurance freedom ??? . Why any other way ???. On the 24.06.2013 I was involved in an incident<br> a vehicle drove into the back of my vehicle. It is now two years later they still to recover my excess. When I<br> investigated why it is taking so long I found out to my disgust they send a letter of demand to the wrong company<br> in February 2015. How long do i still have to wait ? (Why any other way Miway)
