Two months later and vehicle still at panelbeaters

My vehicle was damaged in an accident on the 18/11/2015.MiWay arranged for it to be towed to the panelbeaters.My claim was approved on the 9/12/2015.I am still waiting for vehicle.MiWay have been pathetic regarding there communication of LACK of progress.My claim handler Sanet Jacobs has not responded once to my complaints.Late in January 2016 an inspector named Coenie called me and said he was on his way to inspect said vehicle and he would contact me the same day.No response.I was then informed by Nico Havenga on the 27/1/2016 that he was the assesor stating the car may be written off and he would get back to me.No feedback.<br> <br> I furthermore recieved a call from Jan a foreman at Randfontien panelbeaters stating that he had been instructed by MIWay to fit *** parts and not the genuine parts.Tammy the Manager at said panelbeaters has been fantastic regarding keeping me updated on what MiWay should have been communicating to me.<br> <br> I had to cancel my planned vacation much to the dissapointment of my 3 young children due to MiWay's apathy,lack of empathy and pathetic service.I have had to borrow vehicles to transport my children to school,to do shopping etc.Team -Freedom Fighters =JOKE
