Tumisang - Quick and efficient repsonse
My husband called me to say our car broke down at around 4pm at a dangerous part of town. I called Miway and spoke to Tumisang who was patient and kind. He responded very quickly and got the towing company to fetch the car with my husband asap. During the wait Tumisang was in constant contact with the towing company, myself and my husband. This was very comforting to us as I was at home, helpless. We also received constant updates via SMS. The car and my husband is now safely at home due to the quick and efficient response of Miway and Tumisang. I am so grateful.
