Tumi Ranake from MiWay Insurance

I am a gentleman in South Africa who was looking at switching insurers due to my premium being increased and too high for my liking.

After an initial renewal in my policy for my car, my premium increased and an original offer was given and I was not happy, as I was a MiWay customer for 2 years. I phoned in to cancel my policy with MiWay as I was very unhappy at the premium amount given whilst being a loyal customer with no claims.

I was transferred through to a gentleman by the name of Tumi Ranake, who managed to cut down my monthly premium for my car insurance by R266 a month, and also cut down my claim excess by R1000, which managed to persuade me in staying with MiWay Insurance, and not moving to another Insurer who I already had positive conversations with.

Special shout out to Tumi Ranake who fought tooth and nail to keep me as a customer, and within a few minutes managed to better my offer with immediate effect.

Needless to say I am still a MiWay Insurance customer, and will continue to be one for the foreseeable future.
