Tumelo Ramashala was excellent. He really closed out my query efficiently and effectively. I didn’t have to keep sending documents I’ve sent already. That rates at the top of my list as great service. He followed up with his colleague I’d spoke to before as well as tried to get the inspection certificate without including me.
