Tumelo Kolisang - Exceptional Customer Service

I don't think i've ever received the kind of mind blowing customer service that i did from Tumelo Kolisang. What a wow! I was extremely frustrated with the first consultant that i spoke to requesting a quote for a new car and he was not as helpful as you would expect from a consultant. He then put me through to Tumelo, from the time he said hello to me i was reassured that he was going to do whatever was necessary to retain me as a client and most importantly to make me happy. He was extremely friendly, professional and empathetic to what my issues and concerns were. To be honest, the call ended up not feeling like an insurance call but rather felt like a conversation with an old friend that's how much he was able to make me feel at ease. What a gent! He understands the crux of customer service and what it means to give a customer an experience worth talking about. I can't stop telling my friends about how amazing he was. Before speaking to him, i was ready to jump ship but trust that i'll be staying with Miway for many more years to come. Thank you Tumelo!
