Tumelo gave me my deserving respect and treatment as a customer
Tumelo gave me my deserving respect and treatment as a customer. He tried by all means to make sure that I get an affordable premium. On top of the reduced premium, I will receive a refund. He was professional and tried to speak my language ( IsiXhosa) though he is not; to make me feel respected.
