Tumelo explained everything but im still not happy with my premium.The cars are depreciaiting but the insurance premiums goes up.Recently they could not replace my original windscreen telling me that Audi is no longer under warranty.I had to make arrangements in order for me to get the original windscreen instead Miway want to transfer money(quote for the shaterproof windscreen) into my account .
