Tshepo Denga you an absolute star. I started off very frustrated but you managed to calm me down and assist me. You should be training people because the qualities you have are so rare and if you can impart them onto your co workers you can grow your company exponentially. I was so ready to leave the institution but your customer service retained my relationship. May you always stay the beautiful soul you are because you make people happy. God bless you
