Tshepang amazing customer service

Tshepang was a great help and cominitation was on point he took exstreamly good care of me while I was on strong meds making sure I understood everything, every step they were taking I am truly grateful for having Tshepang by my side. He understood that I had a motorcycle accident and that my medication was putting me on a trip he slowly explained everything to me again and again no matter how many times I asked him the same question he never got rude or impasent with me I would really like to say thank you so much to this employee he truly deserves a promotion and Insurance company needs more people like him
