Tsepo to be specificI would like to write a review about MiWay Insurance and the assistance from Tsepo Phakisi. Subsequent to him assisting me with the amendment on my policy I requested him to assist me with the self inspection which has been a big challenge. To my surprise after explaining the challenge, Tsepo solved it as easy as ABC. I managed to load the pictures and today I got a response of acknowledgment. Tsepo to me you are a star and you have saved me the stres I had regarding paying for insurance and my car not literaly covered cause of the app not functioning properly. Today I am happy that my vehicle is officially on the cover after months of paying and and the insurance failing to assist. Thank You Tsepo, your efforts are higly appreciated. Lasty, MiWay, please stop using the self inspection app and rather opt for the Myinspections email as it is effective.
