Trying to cancel my policy

<p>On 26th October 2016 I phoned miway To Cancel my Policy with them. &nbsp;The consultant dit talk to me after a while she transferred me to the supervisor he told me that he will phone me back so I don't waste my airtime. &nbsp;I'm still waiting for him to phone me back. &nbsp;Ref number ********** 917. I send a email to ********** and to ********** told in my mail the whole story. &nbsp;So ********** send me a email back saying: please note that I have forwarded your mail onto the correct department. &nbsp;They still deducted my monthly fee for 2nd month now. &nbsp;This is very bad service.&nbsp;</p>
