Trying to cancel for about 2 weeks now, and its says the system is down, what nonsense

<p>I have taken miway insurance, bt later on b4 my premium can go out i need to cancel. So I sent an email, they sed that dey wil send it to the relevant department, two weeks is gone n still no call, den I tried it on the website, it says dey having some technical problems. So wat do I do, bcoz I dnt wana get double debited from two Insurances. They are very expensive n the excess feel is so high. with the installment that dey gave me , I'm paying 300 less and I have household, comprehensive n rim n tyre cover. With a low excess fee. </p>
