Tryhan Lewis was very helpful upon assisting me. He explained everything in detailed. However, the tow truck guy was also helpful before arrival, he was communicating. The only concern is that the car was scratched a little bit. He didn't do it deliberately but the car was scratched and damaged on the tow cap during the time he was pulling it to the tow truck.
