Try to cancel my policy

I have been trying to cancel my policy for the past 3 weeks, because I sold the vehicle. Everyday when I call, the lines is busy and and get to the message centre, they take a message and somebody will call me back. Eventually on the 11 June Mmapaseka send me an email to say that she was trying to call me. I tried then to call her back from the 12th June, cannot get her or anybody at Miway to cancel my policy. Then this Monday, I got through and they asked me to email the proof that the car is sold, I did send it on the 22th June to info and Mmapaseka email.<br> <br> I tried from he 23rd June to once again get hold of anybody, to hear if they receive my proof of the car, I left numerous message from he 23rd June that somebody or Mmapaseka must call me back or email me that they receive the proof and that my policy is cancelled. Luckily I never claimed, I can imagine the nightmare to speak to anybody.<br> <br>
