Try to cancel after no service
MiWay ignored my request to arrange with Tracker to call to install a tracker due to the vehicle being a high risk for hijacking and theft - which according to 2018 figures seems not to be the case. Anyhow, this is a new policy supposed to commence in two days and no word from MiWay nor Tracker. I thus tried to cancel the policy on the app, and lo and behold, the feature does not work.
If this policy is not cancelled by the end of today, I wil contact my lawyer as well as the Ombud.
