TRY SAVING TACKLE.

I was involved in a car accident on Saturday night and unfortunately I had missed my premium 3 days ago. I have been with MiWay for a long time and insured 2 vehicles with them and had never missed a premium or submitted a claim.

I called MiWay regardless to see if they could assist me but unfortunately the young man said there is nothing he can do as I missed a premium 4 days ago. So I had to fend for myself. However on Monday the 9th of this month I called MiWay to cancel the policy all together. I explained the reason. I was assisted by Thabiso Letsoela (Ref#P ********** 4).

He was in disbelief and immediately apologized and said he was going to explain everything to the claims department and put me through to them so I be assisted. He did just that and as I'm typing this report I am waiting for MiWay to come collect my vehicle. He did not just stop there, he later called me to check how everything was going and apologized yet again. I'm still with MiWay because of him. To be completely honest, a part of me didn't want to leave MiWay because they are awesome.
