Try not to make promises that you will not keep

I received a call from MiWay Insurance, the guy asked to do a quotation for house contents, I said I am covered and he said let's do the quotation and see if Miway cannot beat my current premiums and if not MiWay is going to give me R400, at the end of the call it was clear that MiWay's premiums were much more than what I am currently paying, when I asked for the R400, the consultant referred me to his Supervisor and he couldn't gave me a clear indication of how, when, will I get the R400 they promised. MiWay is a good company but this is not like them
