Truly dissatisfied with the service

<p>I was with MiWay for more than 3 years and their service was excellent,until I cancelled my insurance with them. Gave a required notice for that but for 3 consecutive months they without fail debited my account. I eventually got that sorted out but now another surprise for me after full seven months of cancellation they still have my name in bureau. Started with the calls yesterday to get my name removed but honestly I am not so hopeful that this will be as quick as I would prefer. Considering that after I called yesterday I still don't have the proof that I am no longer using their service, and this is just an email. </p>
