treathened to be canceled

i was quite happy with the service received when claiming however that changed when i got a mail to say my policy might cancel because of my claims history.. i literally had 2 claims in 4 years.. less then 100k.. premiums are ALWAYS paid on time. i asked to be called to explain the logic behind the mail and no response.
