Treasure Mhlongo is an absolute gem. He got the ball rolling after I submitted my claim and it has been approved after just a few hours. He was polite throughout the entire interaction. He explained everything clearly and gave me all the available options in order for me to make an informed decision. He deserves a 12 out of 10.
