Tracking devices

As a customer of Miway for the last 6 years,! Honestly, i never had problems with them. However, i am in a position to purchase 2 new vehicles from a reputable company. The vehicles have pre installed trackers and this is already calculated into the purchase price. To my shock, i am told that the tracker are not accepted and Miway require that i install trackers from a company of their choice. So i humbly ask this forum. Is this what Miway do or am i dealing with a employee that are not fully up to date with Miway's policies. Thank you in advance.
