Tracking device ****

I've been a MiWay customer for a few years now and have received good service and great prices.

I recently app**** for vehicle insurance online and everything was fine until I got a message (SMS) saying that I will not be covered if I don't install a tracking device.

When I app**** online, I was given an option for having a tracking device or not. I selected "No", for which I was quoted a higher premium. I was happy to pay the extra amount and accepted the quote. MiWay sent me a confirmation letter as well stating that I was covered for "Theft and Hijacking". I subsequently received the SMS.

I don't understand why I should now not be covered for not having a tracking device. I'm extar paying for the "additional risk".

There is certainly no doubt that tracking devices are ****s and the insurance companies are part of it!
