Tracker draining car battery

I took up Miway insurance and a condition of my insurance is that a tracker be installed. Netstar came to fit a tracker on my car yesterday, today my car battery is draining and dieing. This is not a coincidence the battery has been perfectly fine now all of a sudden within hours of fitting the tracker the battery is draining and dieing!!! Netstar needs to resolve this!!!!!!! Speak to your people thier faulty unit is messing with my battery, I cannot even drive the vehicle with lights. I have zero confidence in Netstar they even messed up with the unit I requested saying there job card didn't specify the option I told them I want. They also messed up the appointment and had a technician show up without confirming the appointment!!!!
