tracker certificate

received 3 calls with no resolution

i keep getting sms's and emails and calls requesting to provide a tracker certficate however your tracker people are not coming to install the unit how on earth am i supposed to produce this no one even bothers to call me when we call we are being transferred and the call keeps dropping...

this is nonsense service i constantly have to drop my work for 20min to attend to ur calls but they is still no positive outcome after all ***5
