Towing request

I was helped by Michael, he really helped and assisted me. However the initial phone call I made he was very irritated with me. He asked me where my car needs to be towed to and before I could answer, he raised his voice saying repeatedly where must the car go, I felt uneasy and felt like I was being a nuisance to him. But at the end of the day they said the tow service would be there between 45min to a hour and the gentleman arrived after 12minutes. He was very polite. Michael did phone me and keep me updated and made sure I was helped. I appreciated the service.
