Towing is on YOU when claim is rejected

I was pretty happy with MiWay's service for ~3 years until recently. My car was in a minor accident where I lost 2 of my tires. They towed the car from Umhlanga (10 minutes away from my place) to Cato Ridge (1Hr away) for inspection. After the claim was rejected for valid reasons, they said they can't tow the car back to me. I have to organize to get it for myself. I asked if they could take it where they towed it from, and they said they can't.

This might be a fine print that I skipped, but you guys really did let me down.
