Towing is bad

I am so mad a Miway , i am going to cancel this insurance it can leave u on the rooad, i got a breakdown on my car , i was 250 km away from home, when i asked for a towing they told me they cover a 40 km radius , now i was so far from home , the extra km i had to pay them from my pocket which its amounted to R6000 . I was so furious. When i ask if can i take the car to the towng guys place,they said il be liable for storage and they wont cover the second towing to a servicing garage , i had no choice to pay the amount to go back home . Mi way f##k you, as we speak am still saving money to get a second towing to the servicing garage , i thought i was covered . My advice run away from this insurance,they have a lot of hidden things that comes to u wen u claim
